In BoT we have a simple philosophy: we want to raid, we want to succeed, and we want to have fun doing it.
So what makes BoT special?

• Our raids have a relaxed feel to them, we try to be chatty and keep things fun.  We also know when focus is needed and we expect a good level of self-awareness and concentration from all members.
• Many of our members have played together through Classic and TBC raiding, we have picked up some great people along the way and we're always looking for more.
• We don't expect you to spend hours farming consumables and we don't need you to be online for every single raid.  All we ask is that you have a good attitude and a willingness to learn and succeed with us!
• We have a flexible spec policy. We will recruit you for a specific role in a raid, as long as you can perform that role we don't require you to have any specific spec.
• Our loot system is simple, fast and fair, so we can focus on the content rather than the loot.
• We rotate raids and raid days so everyone can attend, usually we offer three raids per week and they generally start at 20:00 Server Time.
